I. BEGINNING OF COOPERATION WHOLESALE

1. Wholesale prices are available only for wholesale customers logged on www.tentrade.eu.

2. In order to obtain the status of wholesaler must register on our website: http://www.tentrade.eu/signin-wholesale.php

3. During registration, you must provide all required information on the form in the attached documents the company NIP, REGON, entry in the records / NCR.

4. After verifying the registration statement and approval by our staff customer receives a wholesaler status.

  II. IMPLEMENTATION OF WHOLESALE ORDER

1. The average delivery time (from receipt of order to his pack) is 48 hours.

2. Orders are shipped by UPS, DPD courier. Delivery time is 4 to 6 working days.

3. Payment: a) payment by bank transfer b) payment on delivery c) payment in cash (personal collection of goods)

4. Orders with the option to pay by bank transfer are sent after the payment to our account. In order to expedite shipping, you can send an e-mail confirmation of the transfer.

5. Orders with the option to pay on delivery (download) can be sent immediately after packing.

6. shipping costs for our customers wholesale: a) the consignment with payment by bank transfer - from 18 E (fee depending on the amount of the contract).

7. For each order we issue a VAT invoice in justified cases, we issue a receipt.

8. Minimum order 125 E gross.

  III. COMPLAINTS AND RETURN OF PRODUCT

1. The customer has 10 days from receipt of the goods on his thorough check and notification of possible defects and return goods.
